Join actor John Cusack Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Masonic Cathedral Theatre for a screening of “Grosse Pointe Blank” on the big screen, followed by a live conversation regarding his career and the making of the film.

The star of Hollywood hits like “Say Anything,” “High Fidelity” and “Better Off Dead,” John will share stories and answer audience questions during an intimate, fan experience.

In the classic ’90s action comedy “Grosse Pointe Blank,” Martin Blank (John Cusack) is a professional assassin who is attending his 10-year high school reunion in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, while working on a hit. Featuring a killer soundtrack and such stars as Minnie Driver, Dan Aykroyd and Cusack’s sister, Joan, the film was a commercial and critical success. The film is a longtime favorite in metro Detroit, and was recently voted No. 6 in a Detroit Free Press readers’ polling of Michigan’s all-time greatest movies.
